Biography

Shirley graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) degree in Drama, majoring in Acting. She earned the Hong Kong Disneyland Scholarship, and took part in the exchange programme and performances at Texas Tech University in the United States.

Recent works include: The Girl Who Dreams to Save the World (Jockey Club Mao Chun Fai Innovative Works in Theatre Scheme), My Jumbo Kingdom 1.0 (The Isle Theatre), My Home My Place: the Musical (Actor’s Family), Red Swallow and Flowering (UKR/HK Playreading Festival 2022), The Haunting at Camp Winona and Forcing, or, I've Been Spending a Lot of Time in My Wonderland (Wildwind Performance Lab), Once on this Island (Touch Theatre), The 2nd Arts Voyagers: Suspense in Landing (Passoverdance), The Fiction-Musical (Shanghai C-Musicals, as Cantonese coach and assistant to director), The Rocket…Bam! -Musical (DaiKim Studio, as acting coach).

She is currently a freelance performer, host and drama tutor.
