Lung Jes graduated from the University of Hong Kong, majoring in psychology. She has been a member of Mosaic, an A Cappella group based in the university. She is accomplished in singing and dancing which allowed her to become a full-time performer in one of the theme parks in Hong Kong. She was nominated for the Best Female Performer award at the Brass Ring Awards for Excellence, International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

Currently a freelance performer, her latest productions include A Thin Line Theatre Kong Chu Oh!, Theatre Space Czechmate. 1968, Spring Time Stage Three Little Pigs - the musical (premiere and rerun), The Ugly Duckling - the musical, Let’s Rock - the musical (Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur), I am What I am (premiere and rerun), Hyper - the musical, and Forever Miss To; Family Council Love And Respect Thy Elders Campaign Musical (rerun); Skywalkers’s Grease - the musical (Cantonese version); as well as HKUSU Drama Society SP12 – If Love Doesn't Go Right.
