Biography

Bon Tong is a multifaceted Hong Kong-based artist and graduate of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Drama. A versatile talent, Tong is active across various disciplines, including acting, theatre education, hosting, and professional voice-over work. Notably, he recently showcased his craft as a collaborating actor in Rooftop Productions' 'The Beautiful Ones' (《行為淪喪》). Beyond the stage, Tong is a dedicated polyglot and educator; following a working holiday in Japan in 2018, he achieved the JLPT N1 qualification in 2022. He currently serves as a private Japanese language tutor and is the founder of the educational YouTube channel, 'Bon_JPchannel', reflecting his passion for both the performing arts and cross-cultural communication.
